1. TERMS OF SERVICE
1.1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Indiced: the site, the index pages, the markets desk and every deposit, trade and withdrawal made through them. Connecting a wallet or signing in means you accept them.
We may revise these terms as the product changes. A revision applies from the day it is published. If any single clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of these terms stand on their own.
1.2. Using the desk
You may browse every index, build your own and trade any of them with the USDC balance you deposit. You are responsible for the wallet you connect and for every transaction you sign with it.
- Do not attempt to access balances, positions or systems that are not yours.
- Do not automate the site in a way that degrades it for anybody else, or trade against a price you know to be stale or wrong.
- Do not use the desk where trading digital assets or leveraged products is prohibited for you.
We may pause deposits, withdrawals or trading where use of the site threatens its availability, its pricing or the funds behind it.
1.3. Funds and settlement
USDC you deposit is held in the Indiced treasury on Solana and recorded against your wallet as a balance. Every change to it is written to a ledger you can see on the markets desk.
Withdrawals are sent to the wallet you are signed in with. A withdrawal that provably never reached the chain is returned to your balance.
Token names, tickers and logos shown on index pages belong to their owners and are used only to identify the assets in each basket.
1.4. General
How we handle personal data is set out below and forms part of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Indiced is operated, and any dispute about them will be brought before its courts.
2. RISK NOTICE
Trading index baskets, and leveraged positions above all, can lose you some or all of what you put in. A leveraged position is liquidated once it has lost 90% of its collateral, and prices can move faster than you can react.
Prices come from third-party market data. Indiced gives no warranty that the site will be available without interruption, that prices are free of error, or that any index is fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. Policy
Indiced holds as little about you as a working trading desk allows: your wallet address, your balance and the trades you make, each kept for a stated reason and described plainly here. This policy covers the Indiced site, its index pages and the markets desk. It does not cover the wallets you connect or the sites we link out to.
3.2. Information collected
Most of what we hold comes from using the desk. Nothing here asks for your name or your email address.
- What your wallet shares: your public Solana address, the sign-in message you sign, and the transactions you send to deposit.
- What the desk records: your USDC balance, every deposit, withdrawal, buy, sell and position, and the on-chain signature of each transfer.
- What your browser sends: IP address, user agent and the pages you requested, held in server logs to keep the site secure and then discarded.
We do not sell or share personal information for money or for cross-context behavioural advertising.
3.3. Responsibility
Indiced is the controller of the data described above. Access to it is limited to the people who need it to settle your trades and keep the site running. Where a supplier processes data on our behalf, it does so for that purpose only: our hosting provider, our database host and our Solana RPC provider.
3.4. Cookies and storage
We use one cookie: an httpOnly session cookie that keeps you signed in with your wallet. If you refuse it you can still browse every index, but you cannot trade. Your browser also remembers which wallet you picked, so it can reconnect without asking.
Your wallet address, balance and trade history are stored in our database and protected in transit with TLS. Transactions on Solana are public by nature and outside our control. The site is not directed to anyone under 18.
3.5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to a copy of what we hold about you, to have anything inaccurate corrected, and to ask us to delete what we hold where we have no overriding reason to keep it, such as a settled trade we must keep a record of.
